Join The Team

Ever wondered how these conventions happen, or wished you could be part of the behind-the-scenes process?

Why not join your fellow fans, and help us produce Con-Volution 2016?

The convention staff is divided into different Divisions and Departments based on the functions being done. Each position has different duties and estimated time commitments. All require appearance at one or more planning meetings, and payment of a $35 registration fee.  Check the posts for the next meeting date and location.

In return for your volunteer service, you will receive at least the following (and possibly more):

  • Staff T-Shirt (if properly registered prior to 8/31/16)
  • Admission to the Friday Pro Social
  • Job experience suitable for inclusion on a resume for employment (No, really!)
  • The (largely unspoken) gratitude of your friends and peers
